Greg Frost grew up in East Los Angeles and relocated to New Mexico in 1967, as a University of New Mexico football recruit. Upon graduation, after a very short stint with the Denver Broncos, Greg went to work for American S & L. Five years later, at 28 years of age, he became the youngest President/CEO in the history of the Savings and Loan industry. By 1979, his S & L was noted as the 5th most profitable in America by National Thrift News.

Greg has been the #1 originator of residential mortgages in New Mexico since entering the Mortgage Banking business in 1985. His personal production has grown from 200 units his first year to 1,286 units in 2006.

Greg owns and manages Frost Mortgage Banking Group, a net branch of First Magnus. In addition to loan originating, Greg is a sought after sales trainer. Each year, Greg conducts 20 to 30 seminars throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada, where he presents his market-tested sales strategies and tactics to mortgage companies and mortgage trade associations.

In 2006, Greg was ranked in Mortgage Originator Magazine as being the #1 FHA Loan Originator, as well as the 7th leading residential lender in loan volume in America with 1,286 closed loans!!! He has been ranked within the top 20 by Mortgage Originator Magazine since their list began.

Greg is noted nationally as being the first Billion Dollar loan originator in America.
